Designed to create pliability in your tissues, increase blood flow and lymphatic flow, flush toxins and realign collagen. Whether it’s a light touch ‘flush out’ massage after a long training day, or a deep tissue scar tissue breaking session, do yourself a favor and book a massage at least monthly!
Fascial Stretch Therapy
Therapist assisted stretching utilizing a variety of techniques. It is excellent for targeting specific muscle groups, and as well as increasing flexibility; it also improves muscular strength.
ART® (Active Release Technique)
ART® is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.

You can also take advantage of small-group training where classes will have no more than 4 participants. Have our performance experts tailor your workouts to your specific goals in a small group setting.

You can also take advantage of personal training. Have our performance experts write you an indiviual plan and guide you every step of the way to reaching your individual athletic goals!
Nutrition Follow Ups – This includes face to face check ins with nutrition coach.
Nutrition Consulting Package
This package includes a one hour consultation with our nutritionist who will provide you with a nutrition protocol including stress management tools, nutrition plan with sample days and suggested supplements. In addition, we will help with food log tracking, weekly check-ins, and ongoing education
