Carla Bonilla

Carla Bonilla graduated from the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in 2025 and immediately began her journey as a licensed Massage Therapist and certified Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist.

Her approach is therapeutic and intentional, blending deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial work, and Swedish massage to create sessions that not only melt away tension, but help calm the nervous system by encouraging the body to shift from “fight or flight” into a state of rest and relaxation.

Carla also enjoy sports massage and is especially passionate about lymphatic drainage. She truly believes everyone can benefit from lymphatic work, especially in today’s fast-paced world.

Her greatest passion is helping others feel better in their bodies, support their healing, and guide them along their wellness journey — whatever that may look like for them.
