At Generator, our personal training services provide a semi-private setting (up to five people per session), allowing you to benefit from the camaraderie of small group training without sacrificing the individual attention needed for your success. Whether you're aiming for weight loss, building muscle, improving mobility, or boosting athletic performance, our expert trainers design programs specific to you. All workouts are unique to each person, and your first session is FREE.

You still get the camaraderie of small group sessions but without the exercises that aren’t targeting your needs specifically! Session lengths will vary between 45-55 minutes.


Our trainers will create a personalized fitness plan just for you, targeting your specific goals, whether it's strength training, endurance, or flexibility. No two workouts are the same, and you’ll never do exercises that aren’t aligned with your personal objectives.
