Each recovery session lasts 1-1.5 hours and consists of a private full-spectrum infrared sauna, contrast cold & hot tubs, vibration station, and compression therapy.

Personal Training includes complimentary assessment with an InBody scan and customized small group personal training sessions with one of our expert coaches.

Open to new and existing members. Offer expires two weeks from start date. Cancellations within 4 hours of session will result in $20 late fee.
