Empowering a Healthy Community

If you have visited Generator or you are a Generator, you know one of our core values is COMMUNITY.  We believe there is POWER in human connection. There is POWER in sharing a common goal. There is POWER in teaching and learning from each other.

We all benefit when we can EMPOWER each other.  We all benefit when we hold each other accountable. This is why we are so excited about our weekly community runs.

We have a passion for sharing knowledge and bringing the community together to learn, grow and move our bodies. Likewise, we are so pumped to have a beautiful space just a few steps to Austin’s crown jewel -- Lady Bird Lake and the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail. It is truly the most perfect location to bring our community together.  We started our E3 Community Runs to do just that.

E3 = Endorphins, Entrepreneurs, and Education.

Endorphins:  We start out from Generator every Friday for a fun, 1.5 mile run on the trail to get our blood pumping and endorphins, our “feel good” hormones, activated.

Entrepreneurs and Education: Post-run community-building includes hanging out together at our facility for a bit of social time and a casual 15 min talk from a different guest speaker each week. Past topics covered: discipline, 80/20 rule, Bob Proctor principles, nutrition/diet, hormone health, fasting, and relationships.

Who: Anyone who is interested.  It’s free and open to the public.

What: 1.5 mile run on Austin’ beautiful Hike and Bike Trail followed by an informal talk (education) and fellowship.

Where: Generator Athlete Lab

When:  Every Friday we gather at 9:00am.  Run starts at 9:15 and the guest speaker starts at 9:45.  We try to finish up by 10:00 so you can get on with your day.  Better yet, stay for more health and fitness time at our recovery lab.

Why: We love bringing the community together for a free run and free valuable education from a local entrepreneur.

Let’s bring each other up and empower each other.

Let’s learn, grow and teach each other what we know.

Let’s hold each other accountable to show up every Friday to run, learn and grow.

(p.s. If you’d like to be one of our speakers, just let us know so we can get you on the schedule.)
