Generator’s semi-private personalized training programs are affordable customized fitness programs designed to fit your fitness needs and goals. With SPPT, training sessions are conducted in a semi-private setting (up to four people in a room per session).

All workouts are unique to each person.

You still get the camaraderie of the small group sessions but without the exercises that aren’t targeting your needs specifically! Session lengths will vary between 45-55 minutes.

Clients will begin with a FREE 60-minute consultation, functional movement assessment and In Body scan to evaluate current fitness levels and discuss goals. From there, our expert trainers will design a customized fitness plan that's tailored to you — your body, your needs and your goals — and work with you through each session.
