Brian Brown

A native of Brooklyn, New York, Brian brings that big city-intensity and energy to everything he does.

As a group fitness and personal trainer for over a decade, he has found a passion for helping people meet their health and fitness milestones and showing his clients that big goals are within reach by building sustainable habits.

Brian focuses much of his training philosophy on good form and consistency, as a foundation for long-term mobility. He loves to work with people in all seasons of life: from pregnancy, newcomers to fitness, or injury recovery to top level athletes fine-tuning their programming. 

When he's not at the gym or running a race, Brian loves to spend time with his wife and three little ones!
