Jordyn has been a personal trainer since 2018 and focuses on building strength and resilience by training the mind and body to work in harmony with each other.

After 3+ years of helping people achieve their physical goals through kickboxing and functional training, she began learning about the psychology of health and fitness.

With a certification in Neuro Linguistics, she now teaches people how to overcome plateaus and break free of the mental and emotional cycles that keep them stuck.
