Holding certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), along with specialized credentials in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and bodybuilding (including prep and hypertrophy-focused training), Joe also has advanced knowledge in addressing ankle and knee issues for safer, more effective programming.
